We are seeking a passionate and qualified Tennis Coach to join the MySportsPro coaching family in Henley-on-Thames. The successful candidate will support the on-court delivery of both Adult and Junior Coaching programmes at Henley Tennis Club, a venue experiencing rapid development. This role offers flexibility, starting as part-time with the potential to evolve into a full-time position, depending on the candidate's location and availability.

Henley Tennis Club, located in a picturesque setting just a short walk from Henley-on-Thames town centre, offers five hard courts (two floodlit) and a welcoming community for players of all levels. The club provides a range of coaching programmes for adults and juniors, alongside competitive league teams and social events like tournaments and summer BBQs. recently recognised as "Tennis Club of the Year" in Oxfordshire and schools program winning "Competition of the Year," Henley Tennis Club continues to grow, offering excellent facilities and coaching opportunities.

Ideally possess an LTA Level 3 or 4 coaching qualification, or be a Level 2 coach actively working towards Level 3 accreditation.​

Alternatively, hold a minimum Level 2 with a Strength & Conditioning qualification and be progressing through further relevant certifications.​

Demonstrated experience in coaching both adults and juniors.​

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.​

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.​
