Tennis Coach Opportunity | Build Your Career Across 4 Clubs, 1,000+ Clients and Growing Demand
Go Tennis is looking for an ambitious, reliable and experienced tennis coach to join our growing coaching team across the North Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex area.
This opportunity would suit an experienced LTA Level 2, Level 3 or Level 4 coach who wants regular coaching hours, strong support and the chance to grow within an expanding tennis programme.
We currently operate across four clubs: Grayshott, Headley, Churt and Fernhurst, with a client database of over 1,000 players and families.
Due to continued growth and increasing demand for lessons and group coaching, we now have approximately 9 hours of group coaching available straight away, with further opportunities to grow hours over time.
The role will start on a part-time basis, but for the right coach there is clear potential to develop the position further, including additional group sessions, individual lessons, camps, team training and potentially a much larger role within the programme.
We are not looking for someone to simply cover spare hours. We are looking for a coach who wants to become part of the programme, build relationships with players and parents, raise standards, and grow with us long term.
This role would suit a coach who is professional, organised, confident on court and motivated to build a strong coaching career within a growing four-club tennis business.
Rates: £25 to £45 per hour depending on qualification, experience and responsibility level.
