The team at Elliswick are looking for a full time level 3 / 4 (exceptional level 2s working towards level 3 will be considered) coach to help deliver our thriving junior and adult programme.

Working with our existing coaches, we require an energetic, enthusiastic, reliable and motivated coach to deliver high quality group and individual lessons.

Programme hours can include Tots, Red, Orange and Green to competitive teens and all levels of adults all year round on our floodlit courts.

A great opportunity to build, supported by our existing coaches, a wide range of individual lesson clients, for which we currently have a waiting list.

A fantastic location with top quality and ever improving facilities.

Elliswick is a 7 court club based in harpenden Hertfordshire. With recently upgraded flood lights and 4 new tiger turf courts. Set on beautiful grounds and voted club of the year 2022 for Hertfordshire.
Club membership of over 800 with a thriving junior and adult program of around 400 people.

About you
- Up to date LTA coach accreditation, ongoing professional development, a level 3 or level 4 qualification, including DBS disclosure which is satisfactory to the Company.
- Passionate about tennis, coaching sport and improving players irrespective of their starting level
- Team Player - Professional and diplomatic with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build and maintain effective working relationships and work collaboratively in a team
- Ambition and commitment to improve as a coach
- Confident in delivering to a variety of different groups from tots to teens to adults.
