Tennis Coach (Level 2/3) – Supporting an Established Programme
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Tennis Coach (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our team at an established LTA Tennis Centre.
This role suits a coach who can hit the ground running within a well-structured, established programme, delivering high-quality group sessions and working as part of a supportive coaching team.
- Deliver junior and adult group coaching sessions
- Work within an established timetable and clear programme structure
- Support player development across a range of ages and abilities
- Build positive, professional relationships with players and parents

Clear systems & organisation – sessions, communication and planning in place
Consistent hours within a year-round programme

- LTA Tennis Centre with a busy, year-round coaching programme
- 2 indoor courts with a viewing gallery
- 3 outdoor courts | 4 mini courts

Mahony Tennis is the appointed coaching provider, led by Lee Mahony (LTA Level 4 Performance Coach), delivering structured junior, adult and performance coaching within a supportive team setting.

- Hold an LTA Level 3 qualification (aspiring Level 2 coaches also welcome to apply)
- Be ready to hit the ground running, delivering high-quality junior and adult group sessions from the outset
- Enjoy working within a structured programme, with room to grow and develop over time
- Be reliable, organised and professional, both on and off court
- Communicate clearly with players, parents and the coaching team
- Bring a positive, engaging on-court presence
- Enjoy contributing as part of a supportive coaching team
- Be committed to safeguarding, best practice and LTA standards
