Tennis coach- grow and develop junior programme
Job Description
We are looking for a coach to own, deliver, develop and grow a junior tennis coaching programme at Penketh tennis club. Programme hours can be flexible and is partially restricted only by competitive tennis in the summer months, court time is provided to the coach by the club for coaching.
Penketh tennis club is a not for profit club situated in a safe environment with 3 enclosed and secure floodlit astro turf courts that offers tennis throughout the year. We have 70 senior members and successfully operate 8 teams in the Warrington tennis league.
There have been successful junior programmes operated out of the club in recent years, but a rebuild and growth operation is now required, but with the support of the tennis committee and the court time for the coach this is easily achievable
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic level 2/3 minimum coach who is confident to develop a coaching programme from scratch and take advantage of the massive potential that the area has. The ideal person needs to be a great communicator and have a genuine passion for tennis and the development of juniors.
