Rustons Tennis Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Coach. The ideal candidate will bring good coaching experience, a deep understanding of player development and a commitment to growing the membership base. We are looking for someone who can expand and develop junior squads as well as offering 1:1 coaching to members as required. Encouragement of participation by children at local primary schools will be important.
The coach will foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and improvement. They will collaborate with club management to promote and grow the club’s membership

Rustons Tennis Club provides tennis and social activities in South Lincoln for the enjoyment of all adult and junior members. The Club has six all weather, floodlit courts allowing play under all but the most adverse conditions.
The tennis club is part of the Rustons Sports and Social Club additionally offering multi-sport facilities including football, rugby, squash and fitness classes plus a bar and large function rooms. This creates a high level of footfall and opportunity for wider tennis participation.
The club has teams participating in Lincolnshire leagues.

What we are looking for:

An up-to-date level 3 LTA coaching accreditation.

Experience in leading tennis group lessons to children and adults.
Excellent organisation, time management skills and punctuality.
A dependable and effective communicator, both within a team and when delivering to customers / schools.
An up-to-date LTA DBS.
Competent at using mobile phone and responding to emails.
