The Opportunity: A Fantastic Role for the Right Coach

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and talented coach to become a key part of our growing team. You will be working directly under the guidance and support of Lucy Owner, the Go Tennis Director of Tennis, benefiting from her experience and the established reputation of the business.

The role would suite a coach looking to build on their existing hours or a coach looking to build and develop a coaching Base. It starts with a guaranteed 4+ hours of group coaching per week across our partner clubs. This is designed as a foundation from which the right coach can significantly expand their portfolio. We are looking for a proactive individual who will actively develop new groups, drive participation, and help shape our programs. This is more than just a coaching role; it's a chance to build a substantial and rewarding coaching business with full support.

Who We Are Looking For:

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

· Minimum of LTA Level 3 or Level 2 Coach Accreditation, looking to progress to a Level 3.
· Valid LTA Accreditation, DBS check, and First Aid certificate.
· A proven passion for tennis and growing the game at all levels.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire players and build rapport with parents and club members.
· Highly motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial with a clear desire to build and develop coaching hours.
· Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
· A team player, eager to learn and work under guidance while also showing initiative.

Desirable Attributes:

· Experience in successfully growing coaching groups or participation programs.
· Proven experience working with both junior and adult players of various standards.
