We are looking for an experienced Level 4 coach to run junior academy groups, along with some adult groups, as well as offering private lessons. We are ideally seeking a senior performance coach but will consider an experienced senior club coach.

We have multiple players competing Nationally, as well as regional and county players in every age category. You should be keen to help deliver our progressive and wide-ranging programme.

A thriving Club and coaching programme delivering sessions 6 days a week, on site and at multiple local schools. We are part of the LTA performance network. We have a range of dedicated specialist coaches and we are all committed and passionate about improving our players as far as possible.

Coaching Experience

- Proven experience coaching a range of players, from beginners to performance-level athletes
- Experience delivering structured group and individual coaching sessions
- Track record of developing players for competition and/or club progression
- Experience organising competitions, events, and programmes within a club or performance setting

Skills & Abilities

- Ability to design and deliver progressive, engaging coaching sessions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with players, parents, and stakeholders
- Competent in performance analysis and providing constructive feedback
- Organised with effective planning, time management, and administrative skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and retain players across all age groups
