We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and passionate Tennis & Sports Coach to join our growing team. The role combines tennis coaching through SET Academy and daytime tennis and multi-sport sessions for children through Kidz do Sportz.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, fun, and engaging sessions for children of varying ages and abilities across multiple locations. This is a part-time position to start, with strong potential to build hours and grow with the businesses as they expand.

The Role
We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and passionate Tennis & Sports Coach to join our team. You’ll deliver tennis coaching through SET Academy with evenings and weekends (work schedule negotiable and days off worked in) and tennis and multi-sport sessions for children through Kidz do Sportz (primarily during daytime hours),
This role will start part-time, with strong potential to build hours and grow with the businesses over time and take on responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
•Deliver high-quality tennis coaching for children and players of all abilities (SET Academy)
•Deliver fun, engaging tennis and multi-sport sessions for children during the daytime (Kidz do Sportz)
•Plan and run safe, well-structured, age-appropriate sessions
•Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment for children
•Manage groups of varying ages and abilities
•Transport, set up, and pack away equipment at different locations
•Communicate professionally with parents, carers, and team members
•Represent both brands in a positive and professional manner
•Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies at all times

SET Academy specialises in tennis coaching for all ages and abilities, with a strong focus on coaching children. We deliver high-quality, structured tennis sessions that develop skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of the game.

Kidz do Sportz delivers fun, engaging tennis and multi-sport sessions for children during the daytime, providing children with an outstanding sports program while helping to fill daytime coaching hours.

Together, we offer a varied, rewarding coaching role combining tennis and multi-sport delivery across multiple locations. (Great for a coach who wants to explore the wider world of sports coaching, but with a focus on tennis!)

What We’re Looking For
•A genuine passion for coaching and working with children
•Tennis coaching qualification(s) Min LV2 (or on the LV2 course)
•Desirable: additional sports coaching qualifications or multi-sport experience
•Confident, energetic, and great at engaging children
•Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
•Strong communication and people skills
•Ability to manage groups and keep sessions fun, safe, and structured
•Valid working-with-children check (or willingness to obtain)
•Full driving licence required – locations vary and equipment will need to be transported
