Self Employed Tennis Coach at the Lexus Nottingham Tennis Centre
A fantastic opportunity has arisen due to the growth of the programme for a self employed tennis coach to join the team at Lexus Nottingham Tennis Centre delivering on one of the largest junior and adult coaching programmes in the country.
The role initially consists of delivering 15 group coaching hours a week indoors to juniors and adults of all abilities which has the potential to increase over the coming months. There is also the opportunity to increase hours with individual lessons.
The programme runs both weekdays and weekends throughout the year and the successful candidate will play a major role in growing this further. There are also opportunities for daytime work within our network of 60 active local primary schools
The Lexus Nottingham Tennis Centre, an LTA venue has 44 tennis courts (15 covered, 12 outdoor, 4 clay and 13 grass) as well as 6 covered padel courts and is one of the largest community tennis venues in the UK.
Nottingham Tennis Centre hosts several national and international events throughout the year including the Lexus Nottingham Open, a pre Wimbledon event.
The Centre has over 1600 weekly players (1200+ juniors and 400+ adults) actively taking part in the Centre's community tennis programme. In addition the Centre has a successful disability tennis programme, and RPDC with some of the best 10 - 14 year old's in the country, a padel programme, gym and 60 school links.

The successful candidate must have the following:
Minimum LTA Level 3 Qualification (Strong Level 2 considered)
LTA Accredited
Valid LTA DBS
First Aid Certificate
