Racquets Manager - David Lloyd Hampton
We are looking for a Racquets Manager to join us and lead our racquets team to success!
With ourstate-of-the-are facilities, exceptional outdoor tennis courts and all year-round coaching, we are the place to be for those
looking to pursue a career in Tennis.
As our Racquets Manager you will have bags of passion, energy and enthusiasmand have a clear passion for the game. You will have full
responsibility in leading and operating the Junior and Adult Racquets programme including an exciting competition and events programme,
giving our members a fabulous experience every day, 7 days a week.
You will recruit, develop, and inspire self-employed LTA qualified and accredited coaches to deliver a fun and memorable experience for our
members who will want to play regularly and with a smile on their face. You will welcome our new members at the Racquets Welcome, deliver
some group sessions and have the opportunity to offer 1:2:1 lessons
You will have a LTA Level 3 qualification & Accreditation + and be able to demonstrate a complete understanding of all tennis functions. You will
also need exceptional communication skills and the ability to adhere to the needs and requirements of our members- no matter their age or
ability, it will be your job to ensure an exceptional member experience is always provided.
