Programme Manager Responsibilities
- £10,000 annual retainer for programme management responsibilities.
- Work closely with the Directors of Tennis to develop and grow the club’s programme.
- Contribute to the growth of Court18 Tennis into additional venues, including designing new coaching programmes.
- Manage and support the team of senior and junior coaches, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Organise staff rotas for term-time coaching and holiday camps.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure smooth programme administration.
Coaching Responsibilities
- Provide 15–20 hours of high-quality group coaching per week.
- Abundant opportunities for private coaching across peak and off-peak hours.
- Individual coaching lesson rate: £40–£44 per hour (minimum).
- Manageable evening schedule, with coaching typically finishing between 7:30–8:30pm.
- Management and on-court delivery of all school holiday tennis camps.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a coaching team.
- Frequent opportunities for individual coach development.
- Maintain strong face-to-face customer relations with members, parents, and players.
Court18 Tennis:
Has been established for 7 years and operates a large adult and junior coaching programme for development and performance players with over 350 participants per week.
