The successful candidate will be delivering 10-12 hours of squads per week to start, working with players aged 14+ competing at Junior ITF and Futures level. Potential for more hours through individuals and tournament support. The candidate will not be required to work weekends or late evenings as all sessions are run during the daytime with the latest finish being 6.30pm.

Elite Performance Tennis is a high performance tennis academy based within Sutton Sports Village in Southwest London just 15 mins from Wimbledon, specialising in working with players 14+ competing at an international level. We are a small specialised academy with a team of a few coaches and around 20-25 players.

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Performance Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and supporting players at national and international level, with a clear track record of success in a high-performance environment.

Essential Requirements:

LTA Level 3 (or above) accredited coach

Demonstrated experience working with performance players, particularly at national and international level

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate athletes

Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up to date with best practices in performance coaching

Desirable:

Strong playing background (high-level competitive experience preferred)

Experience working within an academy or high-performance tennis environment
