Deliver engaging, high-quality coaching across all age groups and standards (mini tennis, juniors, adults and performance players).
Contribute to school, club and academy programmes during term time.
Support delivery of Dante international camps, school tours and holiday camps.
Good playing standard and a commitment to continual professional development.
Assist with competitions, open days, and community tennis events.
Help identify and develop talent through Dante Academy with Justin Sherring methodology and support player pathways.
Clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection with commitment to best practice.

| 5+ years of coaching experience Proven junior, adult & performance coaching experience across ages and abilities with consistent, high‑quality session delivery. Highly motivated, ambitious and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with players, parents & stakeholders. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and an effective collaboration style with both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent leadership and organisational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and a clear focus on work quality and ownership, comfortable with scheduling/booking systems such as ClubSpark or similar. Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills and excellent analytical skills.
