Help assist coaching sessions (not lead them).

Set up equipment and courts for lessons.

Feed balls and run simple drills/exercises designed by the lead coach.

Encourage and motivate players, helping create a fun and safe environment.

Assist with warm-ups, cool-downs, and basic on-court activities.

Promote good sportsmanship and fair play, acting as a good role model.

Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed on court.

Chorleywood Lawn Tennis Club is a 6 court venue, with floodlights, and a fantastic clubhouse. We are building a reputation for a friendly and professional environment with excellent coaching.

LTA Accredited/Accredited+ with a minimum Level 1 qualification (or working towards).

Demonstrates high professional standards on and off court.

Strong ability to engage, motivate, and inspire players of all ages, especially children.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and approachable manner.

Commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all participants.

Reliable, punctual, and well-organised, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Works well as part of a coaching team, showing respect and support for colleagues.

Holds an up-to-date DBS check, Safeguarding training, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
