Ideal for Established Tennis Coaches Looking to Diversify
We are partnering with a padel venue in Boston, Lincolnshire to launch and grow a brand-new padel programme, and we are seeking a motivated, experienced tennis coach who is excited to transition into — or further develop their career in — padel.

About the Role
As Padel Manager & Coach, you will take overall responsibility for developing, managing, and delivering the padel programme at the venue we manage. This includes building participation, coordinating coaching schedules, promoting padel within the club and local community, and delivering high-quality coaching sessions.

What We Offer
£1,000 per month contracting fee

£25 per hour for padel coaching hours delivered

15% share of padel coaching profits

Free LTA Padel Instructor qualification (fully funded for successful candidates)
Complete control over your holidays and working schedule

2–3 days per week of indoor coaching available during winter months — ideal for coaches currently working outdoors looking for weather-proof stability

Flexible part-time role — perfect to complement existing tennis coaching commitments

Training and ongoing support as you develop within the sport

Successful and experienced tennis and now padel programme operator established siince 2004.

Qualified and experienced tennis coach (LTA Level 3+ preferred)

Passionate about expanding into padel (previous padel experience beneficial but not essential)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to build and lead a thriving coaching programme

Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for growing participation
