You’ll be delivering high-quality padel coaching across:

Adult group coaching (beginners → intermediate)
Junior sessions
Socials, americanos & intro sessions
Occasional private coaching

Georgians Padel is one of North London’s fastest-growing padel clubs, with a thriving community of 3,000+ players and a busy coaching programme involving 200+ players each week. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Padel Coach to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds LTA Level 2 (minimum) or Padel MBA / equivalent
Has proven padel coaching experience
Is confident coaching both adults and juniors
Is friendly, reliable, and community-focused
Is flexible to work evenings and weekends
Enjoys being part of a team and helping grow a padel programme
