You will create engaging, high-quality coaching experiences

Your mission is to deliver coaching that motivates, builds confidence, and encourages members to lead happier, healthier, more active lives.

Delivering high-quality padel coaching across group sessions, private lessons, and junior development programmes.

Deliver engaging, high-quality padel coaching sessions for adults and juniors, from beginners to advanced players.

Lead and support the growth of the junior coaching program, creating an inclusive environment where young players can thrive.

Build strong relationships with members to encourage participation, retention, and a sense of community.

Plan and deliver group sessions, private lessons, social matches, and events that promote enjoyment and progression.

Support club-wide events, promotions, and racquets initiatives where appropriate.

Maintain the highest coaching standards, with a focus on safety, wellbeing, and exceptional member experience.

Chiswick Riverside is a Racquets and Health Club located within walking distance of Barnes Bridge and Chiswick railway stations. We boast 10 indoor tennis courts, 4 indoor padel courts, and 14 outdoor tennis courts (3 of which are in a bubble in winter).

LTA Padel Instructor Qualification (essential).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect naturally with members.

Experience coaching adults and juniors in both group and individual settings.

A professional, organised, and proactive approach to coaching delivery.

A genuine passion for padel, sport, and helping others improve every day.

Desirable: LTA Tennis Level 2 or 3 qualification to support the wider racquets programme.
