The successful candidate will support a range of coaching activities, including:


Group coaching for beginners and improvers


School and youth sessions (curriculum and extracurricular)


Community and public-sector programmes


Introductory padel sessions for new players


Occasional social sessions and club events


Sessions may take place during weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with flexibility to suit availability.

Padel + Play is a premium, community-driven padel club delivering high-quality facilities and welcoming experiences for players of all ages and abilities.

We’re looking for someone who:
Is LTA Accredited (Padel) or actively working towards accreditation


Has experience coaching groups and/or junior players


Is confident delivering fun, safe, and engaging sessions


Is reliable, personable, and aligned with a community-first ethos


Holds (or is willing to obtain) a valid DBS check


Newly qualified coaches with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
