- Introducing new players to padel and helping them fall in love with it
- Building a buzzing community on and off the court
- Getting stuck into events, clinics, and tournaments that keep things fresh

At The Padel Hub, we’re not just running courts; we’re building the UK’s home for indoor padel — a place where players of all levels can play, learn, and connect (without worrying about the rain ruining their session). We’re growing fast, and now we need coaches who are as passionate about the game as we are.

We want the kind of coach who lights up a session. Someone who makes beginners feel like pros, pushes advanced players to get better, and brings a vibe that keeps people coming back. If padel is your thing and you love working with people, we want you on our team.

-Qualified padel coach (LTA or equivalent)
-Big on energy, big on communication, and big on making people feel welcome
-Someone who loves coaching everyone — from first-timers to seasoned players
-Flexible for evenings, weekends, and the occasional big event
