Job Summary:
Padel Social Club is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and commercially aware Padel Coach to join our coaching team on a freelance basis.
This role is suited to a coach who thrives in a social, high-energy club environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality sessions that improve performance while creating an exceptional member experience. Reporting to the Head Coach, you will deliver structured coaching programmes, support club events, uphold court standards and contribute to retail and membership growth.
The successful candidate will combine technical coaching ability with professionalism, teamwork and a proactive attitude.


Key Responsibilities:
Coaching & Player Development
Deliver high-quality one-to-one and group padel lessons to players of all ages and abilities.
Support structured coaching programmes and pathways set by the Head Coach.
Provide constructive feedback and contribute to player progression.
Maintain punctuality, professionalism and accurate session records where required.

Tournaments, Leagues & Social Activity
Support the planning and delivery of club tournaments, leagues and social events.
Assist with event coordination, scoring and player management.
Contribute to creating an inclusive and energetic club atmosphere.

Corporate & Private Events
Deliver on-court coaching during corporate and team-building events.
Support event execution to ensure a premium guest experience.
Assist with setup and breakdown where required.

Facility & Court Standards
Ensure all courts are presented to immaculate standards before and after sessions.
Monitor equipment usage and report maintenance issues to the Head Coach.
Uphold presentation standards across playing areas at all times.

Retail & Membership Promotion
Actively promote and sell club equipment and clothing to members and guests.
Provide knowledgeable product recommendations aligned to player needs.
Support membership growth by promoting club programmes, leagues and benefits.
Log all referrals in accordance with the Coach Referral & Incentive Programme.

Freelance Expectations
Manage personal availability in alignment with club scheduling needs.
Maintain valid coaching insurance and relevant certifications.
Represent Padel Social Club professionally at all times.

Qualities & Experience
Recognised padel coaching qualification (or relevant racket sport qualification with padel experience).
Proven experience delivering coaching in a club environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, punctual and reliable.
Organised with the ability to manage session schedules effectively.
Commercially aware with a proactive approach to sales and member engagement.
Committed to maintaining high facility and service standards.
