A great opportunity has opened up for an enthusiastic Padel Coach, at a thriving 3 court venue. This role would encompass marketing, promoting and delivery of social, matchplay and coaching sessions. A retainer is available subject to experience, in order to help build a strong programme to a growing audience. Advanced booking and reduced court rates will help encourage a successful coaching programme.

The Padel courts are situated at Corby Tennis Centre, which boasts 8 indoor plexicushion tennis courts, and 4 outdoor macadum courts, and 1 temporary Pickleball court. The venue is situated in close proximity to Corby FC and Corby Athletics Club, and has a good hotel structure in the area. In 2025 we staged the Northants and Leicestershire County Padel Championships, and will be again in 2026. PadelT currently own 2 Padel venues, with more on the horizon.

We are looking for an enthusiastic coach, to take on this fantastic opportunity to develop a thriving Padel Club. The facilities are all here, we just need the right person to drive the programme in the direction we know we can go. A retainer could be available in the early stages, while building a clientele, with an option to take a share in profit for social and group coaching sessions as numbers grow.
