We are seeking passionate and highly skilled self-employed padel coaches to help us grow our already thriving programme within the inspiring surroundings of The Royal Parks. Our aim is to provide exceptional coaching experiences for people of all ages and abilities, and we’re looking for coaches who share our commitment to outstanding service, inclusivity and enjoyment of sport in nature.
Successful applicants will play an active part across the full range of coaching activities we offer, including:
•Junior courses for all age groups
•Junior squads and school holiday camps
•Adult group coaching, from beginner to advanced
•Weekly drills and skills based sessions
•Social tournaments and community events

The opportunity is then available to offer your own 121 (private lessons).

Coaches must be willing to work flexibly throughout the year. Evening, weekend and Bank Holiday availability is essential, ensuring we can meet the needs of our diverse and growing community of players.
