We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Level 2 LTA Accredited Coach to join our growing programme. The role offers 10+ hours per week of group coaching, working with a range of junior players in a fun, structured, and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about player development, confident leading groups independently, and committed to delivering high-quality sessions that engage and inspire. There is also potential for additional hours and long-term growth within the programme for the right coach.

LTA Level 2 Accredited Coach (minimum) with valid, up-to-date accreditation
Experience delivering group coaching sessions, particularly with junior players
Confident, organised, and able to lead sessions independently
Enthusiastic and engaging coaching style with a passion for player development
Strong communication skills with both players and parents
Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
Ability to create a fun, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Willingness to contribute to the growth of the programme and club
DBS checked and safeguarding trained
