LTA Rally Togther -Female Traineeship with The Parklangley CLub
An exciting opportunity for a passionate female tennis or sports enthusiast to kickstart a role or career in sports delivery and coaching. This traineeship position allows you to "earn while you learn," offering a weekly wage, flexible hours around education or other employment, and fully funded LTA Coaching and Official Qualifications. With no prior coaching experience needed to apply for this role, you will also benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities, hands-on experiences, and mentorship from an experienced LTA coach to help you grow and thrive in your traineeship role. In this role, you will be facilitating and supporting tennis playing opportunities on park tennis courts across Bromley.
The coach will be funded through their level 1 and 2 qualifications. The role has flexibility to be a part time or full time role
This role is supported by the LTA and Mayor of London through the Rally Together London project, aiming to provide employability opportunities for Londoners to support the growth of accessible tennis playing opportunities for underserved and underrepresented groups across the capital.
The Parklangley Club runs multiple venues and Parks sites across Bromley. The club has a team of over 20 coaches.
•Passionate about one or more of the following: sports coaching and delivery, working with children & young people, tennis, officiating, community work, or delivering physical activity
•Be able to travel to/around Bromley
•Interested in pursuing work in Tennis Coaching
•Willing to enrol and commit to formal LTA Qualifications and training opportunities
