LTA Level 2 / 3 Tennis Coach – Career Growth Opportunity Within an Expanding Multi-Club Programme
Due to continued growth and expansion across four clubs, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic LTA Level 2 or Level 3 tennis coach to join our coaching team in the North Hampshire / Surrey area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a coach looking to build their coaching hours within established club programmes, while working in supportive environments with strong participation across both junior and adult tennis.
Role Overview
You will be delivering group coaching within structured junior and adult programmes across our four clubs. The position begins with 5–10 group coaching hours per week, with strong potential to increase hours for the right coach as our programmes continue to grow.

Essential Requirements
• LTA Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
• LTA accredited (or willing to obtain accreditation)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, reliable and professional approach to coaching
• Ability to deliver engaging group coaching sessions for both junior and adult players
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute positively to a coaching team
Desirable Qualities
• Experience delivering junior group programmes and adult coaching sessions
• A passion for developing players and growing participation in tennis
• A proactive attitude towards building coaching programmes and increasing player engagement
• A desire to grow coaching hours and develop within a progressive coaching environment
