Tennis Trainee Coach & Tennis Shop Assistant
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coaching & Delivery
• Assist in delivering inclusive tennis sessions across Hackney parks
• Support group coaching for juniors, adults, and beginners
• Create a fun, welcoming and engaging learning environment
Community Engagement
• Support outreach to engage underrepresented communities
• Assist with events, festivals, and school programmes
• Act as an ambassador for Hackney Tennis
Tennis Shop & Racket Services
• Assist with day-to-day shop operations
• Learn and support professional racket stringing
• Provide customer service and product advice
TRAINING, MENTORING & DEVELOPMENT
• Funded LTA Level 1 & Level 2 Coaching Qualifications
• Ongoing CPD and professional development
• Mentorship from Level 4 LTA coaches:
Luke Barker – Head Coach
Javier Lee – Lead Coach
• Exposure to both coaching and sports retail environments
