Racquets Manager
We are looking for a coach with over five years of experience developing players aged 3 to 18. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to nurture young players from their first introduction to the sport through to a competitive performance level.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality group and squad sessions across mini, junior, and performance programs.
Develop players at all stages, from beginner to performance level.
Support and grow the junior tennis program within the club
Identify and nurture talented players, guiding them through performance pathways
Build strong relationships with players, parents, and the coaching team
Assist with competitions, events and holiday camps
There is a massive opportunity to grow Padel with 6 courts just being finished!

Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years coaching experience working with players aged 3–18
LTA Level 3 qualification (minimum) Strong Level 2s considered
Accredited+ Coach status
Strong technical and tactical knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive energy on court and a passion for junior player development
Padel qualification would be highly desirable as well as an interest to the sport
