uPlay Sports CIC provides high-quality coaching across a range of tennis clubs and venues. We are looking for an ambitious LTA Level 2 Instructor to join our mobile team.

This isn't just a role at a single club—you’ll be working across our community network. You will lead your own tennis groups with the full backing and mentorship of our senior coaching staff, ensuring you never feel "left on your own" while you develop your skills. Additionally, we are looking for a Pickleball Lead to help us launch and grow this exciting new aspect of our business from the ground up.

uPlay Sports is a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to making high-quality sport accessible to all. We are a significant force in the local tennis community, with our uPlay Tennis model currently delivering coaching to over 300 children and adults weekly across our various venues.

We operate with a broad vision for the sport; through our extensive county and regional contacts, we are helping to shape British tennis at every level. Our impact ranges from delivering high-energy grassroots sessions to developing players within the high-performance pathway. As a CIC, we are a social enterprise committed to the growth of the game and the professional development of the coaches who work with us.

LTA Instructor (Level 2): Accredited and ready to lead groups.

Requirements & Compliance

To ensure the highest standards of safety and professionalism, all applicants must possess:

Qualification: LTA Instructor (Level 2) or higher.

Accreditation: Must hold a valid LTA Coach Accreditation.

Safeguarding: Current and valid Enhanced DBS, First Aid at Work, and Safeguarding certificates.

Mobility: Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel between venues.
