Tennis Coach/Programme Lead
We are looking for an ambitious and reliable tennis coach to take on a key role within a growing programme in West London.
This is a part-time position with strong earning potential and clear opportunity to build into a full-time role for the right coach.
You will take the lead on established junior and adult sessions while also having the opportunity to grow your own coaching hours through private lessons and new session development.
This role is ideal for a coach who wants more than just hourly work and is motivated to build a programme, increase participation, and grow their income.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality junior and adult group coaching sessions
Lead the Monday and Saturday programme
Build relationships with players and parents
Promote and grow participation within the programme
Develop new sessions (e.g. adult groups, junior courses, socials)
Deliver private lessons and build a client base
Support events, competitions, and club activity where required

Strike Sports is an established and growing coaching provider delivering high-quality tennis programmes in West London.
Based at Wycombe House Lawn Tennis Club, we run a structured junior and adult coaching programme with a strong focus on community, development, and participation. Our sessions cater for all ages and abilities, from beginner juniors to performance players and adult groups.
We have built a loyal and engaged player base and are now entering an exciting growth phase, with plans to expand our weekly programme, increase participation, and introduce new sessions across the week.
Alongside our tennis programme, we are developing a new pickleball facility and social sports concept, which will create further opportunities for coaching, events, and long-term career progression within the business.

Essential
LTA Accredited Coach (Level 2 minimum)
Experience delivering group coaching to juniors and/or adults
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Energetic and positive on court
Ability to build rapport with players and parents
Willingness to take initiative and support programme growth
Desirable:
LTA Level 3 or higher (not essential)
Experience assisting with or building coaching programmes
Confidence delivering both junior and adult sessions
Experience supporting events and competitions
Personal Attributes:
Hungry and motivated – keen to build hours and increase earnings
Proactive mindset – looks to grow sessions, not just deliver them
