The successful candidate will work within a team who work together to deliver an exciting coaching programme to members and non members. The programme takes place 5 days a week and has the potential to grow further . Initially group work for juniors and adults is available and in the future private lesson time will be offered. The hours required are flexible and the amount you work is your discretion.

All the coaching is managed so that small groups of players are organised on the amount of courts required to develop the players potential and this allows for enthusiastic groups that are respectful and a pleasure to teach.

Bracknell tennis club is located in a park near the centre of Bracknell in Berkshire. It is a 5 clay court club that has excellent facilities including a modern clubhouse that has great facilities including changing rooms, coach office , kitchen area , Bar and lounge area.

Adult membership is full and the committee are fully supportive of the Head coach and the coaching programme. The club is very busy with many Adult and Juniors competing in the Berkshire Leagues. The ladies 1st team play national league and many juniors are asked to represent the club at Adult level.

The club organises many club sessions including an Adult/ junior afternoon that offers a pathway for juniors who want to play senior tennis.

The candidate requires to be a great communicator who can work with the team and the members of the club. You will need to be reliable and show your passion for the game when coaching.

The candidate will need experience with all areas of junior tennis but our core delivery is to yellow Ball players who are playing more than once a week. We also manage an Academy group of players who want to compete at club level or higher and the coach will be asked to practice with these players.

A good playing standard would be an advantage although not a must for a dynamic candidate who would like to work with all abilities. The programme is delivered to all age groups from the age of 4 years old.
