Successful applicants will be involved in delivering high‑quality tennis provision across a broad programme, including:

Junior group coaching programmes
Adult group sessions and coaching courses
Social tennis club
Private Individual lessons
Holiday camps and competitions

Coaches will be expected to deliver engaging, safe, and well‑structured sessions that support player development while upholding the club’s excellent member experience.

Situated on the banks of the River Thames in Teddington, The Lensbury boasts an exceptional range of racquet sport facilities. These include 4 clay courts, 3 grass courts, 4 artificial grass courts, 8 floodlit macadam courts and 3 floodlit mini courts, alongside 2 mini red artificial grass courts for our youngest players.

In addition to 2 Squash courts, the club has further expanded its offering with 2 recently added Padel courts, as well as Pickleball facilities, creating a truly multi-sport environment for players of all ages and abilities.

We are seeking coaches who:

Hold LTA Level 1, 2, 3 or 4 Coach Accreditation
Are registered and insured as self‑employed
Possess strong communication and organisational skills
Are reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
Are passionate about tennis and player development
Are confident working with players of different ages and abilities
Hold a valid DBS check and relevant safeguarding certification
Are first aid trained
