We are looking for a Part Time/Full time Club Manager & Padel Coach, to support the growth of our Padel club. This is a hybrid role combining community and operations management with on-court coaching. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys both organising and teaching, and wants to be a pioneer in a brand new Padel Club opening

We are a brand new club opening soon. We are based in Chislehurst, Greater London/kent.
The site has cafe, bars and a feel good social and community setting.

* Proven padel coaching experience is essential
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience with events, academies, or community building is a plus
* Comfortable working with both adults and kids, especially in a coaching environment
* Positive, proactive, and reliable personality
