Tennis Coach
This role is for a motivated LTA Level 2 Instructor to join the racquets team at David Lloyd Exeter. You will be a key part of the coaching team, responsible for delivering a vibrant programme of adult and junior group sessions.
Role Responsibilities
Group Coaching Delivery: Lead and deliver engaging group sessions for both adults and juniors of all skill levels.
Programme Support: Help grow and develop the junior "Stars" programme and maintain strong member retention.
Promotions: Internally promote competitions, social tennis events, and upcoming leagues to members.
Flexible Coaching: Opportunity to significantly increase earnings through additional 1-to-1 private lessons and hitting sessions.
Member Engagement: Build positive relationships with the racquets community to foster a fun, inclusive learning environment.
