We are seeking a coach who:

Holds a valid LTA Level 3 or Level 4 qualification
Is passionate about delivering high-quality coaching to all ages and abilities
Is professional, organised and motivated
Can help grow and develop our existing programme

Henley in Arden Tennis club is an outdoor club which has 7 floodlit tennis courts, 4 or which are Astro and 3 Hard courts. We have a membership of over 300 and approximately 200 juniors and 80 adults taking part in our weekly coaching programme. The club has a nice clubhouse with WIFI and kitchen/coffee machine

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured coaching sessions to players of all ages and abilities
Maintain high coaching standards in line with LTA guidelines
Support the growth and development of the existing programme
Promote a positive, inclusive and professional coaching environment

Requirements

Valid LTA Level 3 or Level 4 qualification (accredited)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Professional, reliable and self-motivated
Passion for developing players and growing participation
