Level 3 Tennis Coach – West Worthing Club
Led by our Director of Coaching, Tom Pocock, our racquets programme continues to thrive. We are now seeking a Level 3 Tennis Coach to join our friendly and motivated team.
The Role
Is self employed with the club and will be reporting to the Director of Coaching.
You will:
•Deliver group tennis coaching sessions across our community programme in the park and West Worthing Club.
•Coach players of all ages and abilities, from Mini Tennis to Adult coaching.
•Support and deliver school holiday camps.
•Deliver our schools programme in the surrounding area.
•Have the opportunity to grow individual coaching hours (LTA Level 3 only)
•Assist with event delivery and help to run club nights.
•Promote the club and membership.
What We’re Looking For
•LTA tennis coaching qualification (minimum Level 2, ideally Level 3).
•Experience in mini and junior tennis and/or club coaching.
•Strong communication skills and ability to engage with players of all ages.
•Enthusiasm and passion for developing young people through tennis.
•Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
