Level 1 Trainee Coach
This is a new role as a trainee position of Assistant Coach at our Club. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work across all our racket sports and have their next training qualifications fully funded by the Club.
This will be a diverse role with the coach engaging with players of all ages and abilities with mentoring from our existing team.
The number of hours per week is adaptable and therefore we welcome interest from students and those looking for full time work. The minimum age to apply is 18 years.
Sundridge Park has over 1000 members across all our sports with 500 tennis members. We are a family friendly Club catering for all levels from complete beginners to national level.
With 3 different court surfaces (hard, artificial grass and clay) and the addition of Padel to our Club we offer excellent opportunities to play and progress.
Joining our team entitles the coach to free Club membership and Club Kit with Nike.
Essential:
-Natural people skills
-Good communication skills
-Desire to learn and develop coaching skills
-Reliable with excellent timekeeping skills
-Ability to work evenings and weekends
Desirable:
-Good playing standard in at least 1 of our racket sports
-Experience of working with children
