Lead Performance Coach - City Centre Tennis Club (1K Members)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Performance Coach to deliver high‑quality coaching within a thriving members’ club environment. We're looking for a coach who can lead confidently on court, assist with performance strategy, develop grassroots players, and establish themselves as a key figure within both the coaching team and the wider membership.
About the Role
- Develop grassroots county‑level players (Red, Orange, Green)
- Coach junior performance players aiming to compete at county and regional level
- Help establish a clear performance philosophy at the club
- Support players in achieving success at Grade 3 tournaments
- Work closely with the local LTA performance network and RPDC
- Deliver high‑quality group and individual sessions for juniors
- Support player pathways from beginner to performance, identifying and nurturing potential
- Build strong relationships with members, parents and players
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative coaching team

What We’re Looking For
LTA Level 2 Accredited Coach (essential)
Level 3 or Level 4 (preferably working towards Level 4 Senior Performance Coach)
Experience developing county‑level juniors or Mini Tennis players (desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, organised and reliable
Passionate about player development and growing participation
A proactive, enthusiastic team player
