We are looking for our newest Junior Tennis Professional here at David Lloyd - Lichfield. Ideally an experience and qualified Tennis Coach who has experience in delivering and developing children’s group coaching sessions.

This role is a salaried position with guaranteed hours in the office and on court, allowing you to grow the junior program with a constant salary with the ability to earn more on top of these hours by delivering additional sessions on the program, from adult groups to cardio tennis to Pickleball sessions too. If you have a L3 qualification you will also be able to deliver 1-2-1 lessons.

You should have the ability to engage and organise large groups whilst showing that you have a genuine passion when engaging with individuals.

You should be able to demonstrate excellence in customer service with the ability to show collaboration skills as a team player with your line manager, the Racquets Manager.

We need our Tennis Professional to be passionate about the game and to have an enthusiastic and engaging personality to ensure our members are put first. Ensuring growth of our junior program requires solid retention which comes from you as their coach first! So you will need to be someone with a willing and enthusiastic personality. You will also need to have a minimum of a L2 LTA Qualification & Accreditation with L3 LTA Qualification either being something you are currently doing or looking to do. A L3 qualification would also allow you to deliver 1-2-1's immediately on court too!
