Letchworth Sports and Tennis Club is looking to fill a vacancy within our current coaching team. The primary focus of the role is to lead the development of the grass roots programme at Letchworth Sports and Tennis Club. The objective of the role is to increase the number of mini and junior players within the programme along with taking a lead role with leading engagement activities. This will consist of a mixture of foundation stage group work, holiday camps and community activities. The successful candidate will also be able to run individual coaching lessons at the club.

Letchworth Sports and Tennis Club is a family club with 3 indoor and 8 outdoor tennis courts. Although catering predominantly for tennis, there are several other sporting facilities on site including squash, badminton, table-tennis, a gym with studio, and croquet. As well as the indoor courts, the club house comprises of a sports shop, treatment rooms, fitness studio, and restaurant. The club is in walking distance of Letchworth Garden City town centre with good train and road links.

We are looking for a coach to join the team who will bring enthusiasm and show dedication to our tennis programme. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork and a positive mindset and be extremely motivated to grow and develop their part of the programme.
