We are looking for a coach to support coaching delivery across beginner to intermediate players and the junior academy.
The role involves delivering high-quality sessions under the Head of Padel’s methodology and supporting club events and activities.
You will work closely with the coaching team to create a positive, inclusive environment.

The club is focused on delivering exceptional player development for adults and juniors, alongside a welcoming and inclusive community atmosphere. Our coaching team works collaboratively under the leadership of the Head of Padel to provide a professional, premium experience for players of all levels.

We are looking for a motivated and professional coach who is passionate about padel and player development. The ideal candidate will have experience coaching beginner to intermediate players and an interest in working with juniors.

You will hold a valid LTA accreditation and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team are essential.

You should be reliable, well-organised, and committed to maintaining high standards in a premium club environment, contributing to a positive atmosphere for players, parents, and colleagues.
