You’ll help oversee the overall management of the Oxford or Bicester site — from ensuring operational excellence and compliance, to driving commercial performance and community engagement.

We’re looking for someone with energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for sport who’s ready to make a real impact.

It is a multi task role that will involve anything from reception, answering the phone , emails, basic maintenance, cleaning, shop sales, on court activities, coaching etc

The clubs are open 7am to 10pm every day so will involve some evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Due to expansion, growth, internal promotion and development we are seeking Assistant Managers at both our Bicester and Oxford LTA registered clubs.

Smash Padel Bicester is a well established, 3 canopy, 2 outdoor court club of 3 years with a +4000 database and an extremely strong, industry leading junior padel development program that has already seen 6 juniors in the GB squad.

Smash Padel Oxford has a similar size database and at present is a 3 outdoor court facility with expansion plans of a further 3 canopy courts which has already been submitted to planning and due to be ready by the spring of 2026.

Both clubs have a strong activity program and great links with the local communities, schools, colleges, universities and corporates.

The ideal candidate will not necessarily be from padel but a passion for service excellence, inclusivity and a willing to learn, support and be curious.

Ideally have some coaching, sport related supervision and willing to get on court to help, advise, support anyone playing this fast and rapid growing and popular sport.
