Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering fun, inclusive coaching sessions for junior and adult players of varying skill levels.

- Working with the club to grow and develop our existing coaching programme – introducing new sessions, events or initiatives to inspire increased participation.
- Managing lesson scheduling and coordination with club events, with support from the club committee as needed.

The ideal candidate will be LTA Accredited (Level 3 or above) with a passion for coaching both children and adults of all abilities. You should have excellent communication skills, a professional and friendly attitude, and the initiative to expand a coaching programme in a club that highly values community engagement.
We prefer to engage the coach on a self-employed basis under Model B (coach-run programme with club support), which gives you the freedom to manage sessions and payments. However, we are open to discussing alternative
arrangements (including other LTA coach employment models) for the right candidate.
Hours are flexible and can be tailored to the coach’s availability and the needs of the programme. There is no fixed application deadline, so we will accept applications until the position is filled. This is a fantastic opportunity for a coach who wants to be part of a supportive club culture and make a real impact on a growing tennis community.
