Head Tennis Coach - Tennis Factory

Working closely with the Director you will be responsible for managing our team of staff to ensure the delivery of our high-quality coaching program to our club members and customers.
Tennis Factory is one of the most respected tennis coaching businesses in Australia, with multiple awards for coaching excellence from Tennis Australia, Tennis West and the Department of Sport & Recreation. We are recognised for our junior development pathways, player development and competitive playing programs. Tennis Factory were pioneers in introducing colour ball tennis in Australia and continue to be at the forefront in this field.
Tennis Factory is based at 3 venues in Perth, Western Australia – Onslow Park TC, East Fremantle LTC and Peppermint Grove TC. All 3 venues are located within 20 minutes of each other. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a great team of coaches, to learn and work within one of Australia’s leading tennis programs and live in Australia’s sunniest capital where the outdoor life is second to none.
For the successful applicant/s, there is an opportunity for visa sponsorship to stay longer-term.
You’ll be a people person, passionate about the game and someone who strives for excellence in everything that you do. You’ll lead from the front and set an example to your staff on what being a great coach is all about.
You’ll be experienced at teaching the game. We would prefer a minimum LTA Level 3 or international equivalent qualification. You’ll be a good communicator and have great time management. Some management experience would be beneficial as there are administrative duties to manage as part of this role.
This role is ideal for someone who likes to lead, wants responsibility and loves to manage people. This is a great next step for someone who wants to move into more sports management.

The start date for the role is 5/01/2026 (start date negotiable within reason), however preference is in December if applicant is able to.
