We're looking for an engaging Padel Coach who can make learning fun for our students in the suburbs of Jakarta, Indonesia. The role will be with a fixed salary for 90 hours of coaching per month + an hourly rate above this with also opportunities to earn revenue from the whole coaching program.

Accommodation in an excellent area to live (outside of the traffic of the city center) walking distance from the coaching venue will be provided, along with airfare to Jakarta to start coaching.

Aspire is a newly-formed coaching & club management company built by a British ex-coach who has worked in Indonesia for 14+ years. Our goal is to bring great coaching standards to players all across South East Asia.

Looking for an enthusiastic club coach who is ready to make the leap to teach internationally. Ideally a coach with 4 years experience + in tennis/padel with at least 1 year of padel playing ability - of course deeper experience is better.

Mainly we are looking for a team player who is open to taking on a new adventure! Coaching sessions are conducted in English so no language requirements beyond clear communication.
