•Work closely with the Head of Junior Development to create clear player pathways, from beginner through to competition level.
•Collaborate with the Tennis Coordinator to organise and assign assistant coaches across the programme.
•Maintain regular, positive communication with parents, keeping them engaged and informed.
•Effectively utilise the ClubSpark system for session management and administration.
•Support school outreach and community initiatives to inspire the next generation of players.
•Actively contribute to the wider coaching team at both venues, including competitions, holiday camps, and club events.
What We Offer:
•Competitive rates of pay (based on qualification & experience).
•Flexible working hours, with scope to grow your role as the programme expands.
•Leadership opportunity with support from the Tennis Coordinator and Head of Junior Development.
•A welcoming coaching team and vibrant tennis community.
•Ongoing professional development and mentoring.
•Access to excellent facilities at both venues.
