We Do Tennis CIC, in partnership with The Leicestershire Lawn Tennis and Squash Club, is seeking an ambitious and inspiring Head Tennis Coach to lead our tennis programme. You will drive participation, deliver high-quality coaching across all ages and abilities, and develop a thriving performance pathway. This is a hands-on role, combining on-court delivery with programme management, community outreach, and coach mentoring.

The Leicestershire Lawn Tennis and Squash Club is one of the UK’s premier racquets venues, boasting a proud history, exceptional facilities, and a vibrant, friendly membership. With 18 courts, a strong junior section, and active adult leagues, the club offers a unique opportunity for a coach to build on solid foundations and grow the sport locally.

We’re looking for someone who is:

•Ideally LTA Level 4 (or above) qualified, with proven coaching success
•Exceptional coaches of lower qualification encouraged to apply if your ambitions match our club
•Passionate about tennis at both grassroots and performance levels
•A natural leader who can inspire players, parents, and fellow coaches
•Commercially aware, with the drive to grow participation and revenue
•Organised, professional, and able to manage a busy, varied programme
•A confident communicator, on and off court
