Head Coach sought to take over the running and development of our coaching programme. The Club will support the new Coach with a retainer in exchange for 5 on court hours per week for 46 weeks per year and the opportunity to grow the already highly successful programme which is financially totally owned by the Coach.

Head Coach will be a full time hands on role with an established coaching programme, including Cardio Tennis, with over 150 players per week in place all year round. Well established school links will need to be maintained and developed along with a strong community presence.

Opportunity exists to further develop Individual lessons.

Tennis Camps - 30 days scheduled for 2025 with good attendance levels - scope for increase.

Davenport LTC is a thriving suburban 4 court club with over 350 members and a history of over 100 years in operation. All four courts are floodlit and offer all year round play.

Club facilities include newly refurbished changing facilities plus new Coach Office, meeting room and large lounge area with kitchen.

The Club enters 5 Men's and 4 Ladies senior teams in NE Cheshire LTL and 4 Mixed teams in the E Cheshire Winter League plus 5 junior teams in NE Cheshire Junior League. Several junior teams enter the LTA National League (Winter season).

An experienced Coach, of Level 3 or above qualification - on-court hours will be only part of the role - we are looking for a candidate to contribute and add to the overall management of the Club by serving on Committees (General and Tennis) and involving themselves fully in all aspects of Club life.

Retaining and growing Club membership will be a key element of the role and a strong community Ambassador will be welcome!
