•To build the coaching programme for the club by engaging with the local community, schools and other village groups using direct and electronic means.
•To take full responsibility for the club’s junior coaching programme.
•To take full responsibility for the club’s adult coaching programme.
•To ensure effective progression of talented players, from the club development programme and local schools, in partnership with the LTA county office.
•To ensure effective and regular liaison with relevant LTA staff.
•To work with and include assistant coaches in the preparation and running of their sessions.
•To offer the club feedback on the organisation and degree of success of junior coaching and competitions.
•Establish links with local schools (primary and secondary).
•To assist in the selection of teams.
•To travel to competitions with the junior team(s).
•Assist in organising club and open tournaments and tennis events for all club members.

A Wiltshire village club with two floodlit courts, a tennis club house, and a large clubhouse with bar accessible by all clubs at Minety Playing Fields.

•Level 3 LTA Licensed Coach
