Delivering engaging coaching sessions for minis, juniors, and adults across all abilities.

Organizing and running school holiday camps.

Providing team training sessions and individual coaching.

Encouraging participation of new players.

Identifying and nurturing talented players and supporting their development pathways.

Assisting in the delivery of weekly club nights and other tennis activities.

Maintaining and developing our links with local schools to grow participation.

With around 200 members, the club offers significant potential to expand both group and individual coaching opportunities. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a proactive coach to shape and grow the programme within a supportive and ambitious club environment.

Mapledurham Lawn Tennis Club is a thriving and friendly club located in Caversham Heights, featuring four well-maintained LED-floodlit hard courts. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Head Coach to lead and develop our comprehensive coaching programme.

We are looking for a positive and motivated coach, who will relish the opportunity to develop coaching opportunities within our club.  Someone with the ability to relate to, and inspire, players of all levels, both juniors and adults.
